EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT - INDONESIAN EMBASSY

One of the documents required for an Indonesian worker to apply for his Overseas Worker's ID Card ( KTKLN ) is the employment contract, duly endorsed by the Indonesian Embassy in the country he is working in.

The documents required are :

For workers in various sectors like manufacturing, construction, service, plantation and agriculture

(a) Employment contract ( 3 sets ) signed by worker and employer and stamped
(b) Photocopy of employer's company registration (SSM) or Form 9
(c) Photocopy of employer's Form 49
(d) Photocopy of employer's identity card
(e) Photocopy of the worker's insurance coverage - PROTEKSI & malaysian insurances policies
(f) Photocopy of the worker's passport and working permit
(g) 6P Program approval letter ( for those who has yet to obtain working permit )

For maids

(a) Employment contract ( 3 sets ) signed by worker and employer
(b) Photocopy of employer's identity card
(c) Photocopy of maid's insurance coverage - PROTEKSI & malaysian insurance policy
(d) Photocopy of the worker's passport and working permit

* Malaysian Insurance Policies = Foreign Worker Hospitalisation & Surgery Policy (SPIKPA), Foreign
   Worker Workmen Compensation (FWWC) and Domestic Helper Policy

After submission of the above documents , the embassy takes about 3 working days to get the employment contract endorsed. The endorsed employment contract can either be collected by hand or delivered by post

Is it possible to get the new employment contract endorsed on the same day, in the case where the maid's passport does not need to be renewed?

The only reason I need the new contract is for this KTKLN business as my maid is going back home for a holiday.

Can I use the In Principal Approval from Ministry of Manpower to endorse the contract ?
